Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership. The AI Subscription Product, including all software, algorithms, models, data, and associated documentation (collectively, the "Product"), is owned by Cyberbyte Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, patent, trade secret, and trademark laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Product, including any updates, enhancements, or modifications, remain with Cyberbyte Limited or its licensors.

License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cyberbyte Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Product solely for your internal business or personal purposes during the subscription term. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Product, except as expressly authorized in writing by Cyberbyte Limited.

User Content. You retain ownership of any data, information, or content you input into the Product ("User Content"). By using the Product, you grant Cyberbyte Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and reproduce User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Product and related services. Cyberbyte Limited will not use User Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Output Ownership. Any output generated by the Product based on your inputs ("Output") is owned by you, subject to Cyberbyte Limited 's underlying rights in the Product. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Output complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Restrictions. You may not: (a) use the Product to develop competing products or services; (b) attempt to access or extract the Product’s source code, algorithms, or proprietary data; (c) use the Product in a manner that violates any intellectual property rights of Cyberbyte Limited or third parties; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks on the Product.

Feedback. If you provide Cyberbyte Limited with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Product ("Feedback"), you grant Cyberbyte Limited a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and commercialize such Feedback without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Components. The Product may include third-party components subject to separate license terms. You agree to comply with such terms where applicable.

Infringement Claims. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by the Product, please contact Cyberbyte Limited at [email protected]. Cyberbyte Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Product if it determines that such access infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
